Watch the clip through, check the face in the band shot and the close-up, then share it labeled as a generated parody.

## The short answer

Watch the whole 15 seconds once with sound before you share it. Check the lead's face in the band shot and in the close-up, the hands on the keyboard and the sax lift at the end. Then post it as an AI parody.

## How to watch it

Watch it once at full screen with the sound on, the way someone will see it in a feed. Then drag through it slowly and pause on each change of shot. Problems that you miss at full speed, such as a hand with too many fingers or a face that changes between cuts, are easy to spot frame by frame.

If you can, look at it on the screen where it will be shown. A clip headed for a TV deserves a look on a bigger screen than a phone.

## Shot by shot

The clip follows the scene of the meme in three parts, and each part has its own weak spots.

| Part | What to look at | Why |
| --- | --- | --- |
| The band shot | The lead's face, the hands on the red keyboard, the players behind | The lead is small here, so likeness can slip |
| The laughing close-up | Eyes, teeth, skin tone, the edge of the hair | The face is large, so any mismatch shows most |
| The sax lift | The saxophone, the player's hands, the last frame | Instruments and fingers are hard for video models |

The ending matters more than it seems. A clip that looks great for twelve seconds and falls apart in the last frame is what people will screenshot.

## What to check

Generated video can get details wrong. These are the usual spots:

- The lead's face in the wide band shot, where it is small
- The laughing close-up, where any mismatch shows most
- Hands on the red keyboard and the saxophone
- Mouth movement against the new sound
- Faces of the generated band members in the background
- Writing on posters or shelves, which often comes out as nonsense text

## Common problems and what helps

| What you see | Likely cause | What helps |
| --- | --- | --- |
| The lead looks like someone else in the wide shot | Small or soft face in the photo | A closer, sharper photo, or 720p |
| Eyes look invented in the close-up | Tinted glasses, shadow or hair over the eyes | A photo with both eyes clearly visible |
| Extra or merged fingers on the keys | A known weak spot of video models | Judge whether it shows at normal speed |
| A background player's face warps | Generated band members | Usually unnoticed at feed size |
| Skin tone shifts between shots | Filtered or badly lit photo | Daylight photo without a beauty filter |

## If it looks wrong

A closer, clearer photo usually fixes a face that drifts. Making the clip again is a new generation at the normal price, so change the photo before you try again; the same photo tends to give the same kind of problem.

A result with a strange hand or a background face is still a delivered clip, so decide whether it is good enough before you post. A failed task is different: if the clip is never delivered, the credits that paid for it are released and a single payment goes to refund review. A failure message on its own is not a refund confirmation.

## Download and share

Download the file from the result page. It is already vertical 9:16, the shape TikTok, Reels and Shorts expect, so post it as it is rather than cropping it again; cropping cuts into the band and loses detail.

The sound is newly generated and part of the file. It is not the Gap Band recording. If you lay the original song over it in an editing app, that music comes from the app's library and its rules, not from this studio.

## Label it as a parody

Share it as a generated parody. Do not present it as an NPR concert, as Charlie Wilson's performance or as the commercial recording. A caption such as "AI parody of the Tiny Desk Outstanding meme" is enough, and many platforms also have a setting to mark AI-generated video; use it when it is offered.

Only post a clip of someone who agreed to be in it, and take it down if they ask you to.

## Before you press post

One last pass:

- Watched once at full screen with sound
- Paused on each shot change
- The lead still looks like the person in the photo
- No hand or face problem that shows at normal speed
- Caption says it is an AI parody
- The person in it said yes
